These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Homesense website and your purchase of products and services from Home Sense (“Homesense”, “we”, “us”), an Egyptian smart-home company headquartered at 24m Aldaght Alali, Hadayek Al-Ahram, Giza, Egypt, serving customers across Egypt and Saudi Arabia.
1. Acceptance of terms
By browsing this website, requesting a quotation, or placing an order with Homesense, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
2. Products, pricing & availability
Homesense supplies Tuya-based smart-home devices that connect over Wi-Fi (2.4GHz) and Zigbee, are managed through the Tuya Smart / Smart Life app, and work with Amazon Alexa and Google Home. Our range includes:
- Switches, dimmers and curtain/shutter controls
- Sockets, plugs, thermostats and circuit breakers
- Control panels, gateways/hubs and IR remotes
- Sensors, video doorbells and smart door locks
All prices are shown in Egyptian Pounds (EGP). Product specifications, descriptions, pricing, and availability may change without prior notice based on stock levels and supplier updates. Where a product is unavailable after an order is placed, we will contact you to arrange an alternative or a refund.
3. Orders, quotations & payment
Custom and project-based work is supplied against a written quotation. A quotation reflects the products, scope, and pricing valid at the time of issue and may be revised if requirements, site conditions, or supplier costs change.
- An order is confirmed once we accept it and any required payment or deposit is received.
- Final pricing, payment terms, and timelines are set out in your quotation or invoice.
- We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order where pricing is shown in error or stock is unavailable.
4. Delivery & installation
Homesense offers supply, professional installation, system integration, and custom programming. Delivery and installation schedules are agreed in your quotation and depend on stock, site readiness, and access. Installation is carried out by our technicians; please ensure the site is ready and accessible on the agreed date so work can proceed without delay.
5. Warranty & after-sales
Products carry a 1-year manufacturer warranty covering manufacturing defects. Installation workmanship is covered by Homesense, and our after-sales team is available to support you throughout the life of your system.

6. Returns & cancellation
Unused and unopened products in their original packaging may be returned within 14 days of receipt. Installed, programmed, or custom-configured items are excluded from return.

7. Acceptable use & intellectual property
All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and product descriptions, is the property of Homesense or its suppliers and is protected by applicable law. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute it without our written permission.
You agree to use this website lawfully and not to attempt to disrupt, misuse, or gain unauthorised access to it. Use of the Tuya Smart / Smart Life app is also subject to that provider’s own terms.
8. Limitation of liability
Homesense products and services are provided in good faith and to a professional standard. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for issues arising from misuse, unauthorised modification, third-party apps and services, or internet connectivity outside our control.
9. Governing law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, and any dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Egyptian courts.
10. Changes to terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in our products, services, or legal requirements. The current version published on this page applies to your use of the website and any new order.
