Returns and Refunds
This page states the approved return conditions for products purchased from Home Sense.
Return eligibility
A product may be returned within 14 days of receipt when all of the following conditions are met:
- The product is unused.
- The product is undamaged.
- The product is in its original condition and packaging.
- All accessories are included.
How to request a return
Contact Home Sense within the 14-day period and provide your name, order number or proof of purchase, the product name, and the reason for the request. Wait for written return instructions before sending the product.
After the returned product is received and checked against the conditions above, Home Sense will confirm the applicable refund handling in writing. No additional refund timeline is promised on this page.
Manufacturing defects
A manufacturing defect is handled under the two-year Product Warranty. Misuse is excluded.
