It applies to homesense-me.net and to the supply, installation, and after-sales services we provide across Egypt and Saudi Arabia.

  • Delivery and installation address — so we can ship products and schedule on-site work.

  • Site analytics — basic, non-identifying usage data such as pages visited and approximate location, collected automatically when you browse our website.

  • Tuya Smart / Smart Life app (by Tuya) — our devices are operated through this app, so account and device data is processed by Tuya to make your smart home function.
  • Hostinger — our website hosting provider, which stores the data submitted through our site.
  • Google — for website analytics, as described above.
  • Couriers and installers — we share delivery addresses and scheduling details with delivery partners and installation technicians only as needed to complete your order.

Each provider may have its own privacy terms, and we encourage you to review the Tuya / Smart Life app terms for how your device account is handled.

Data retention

We keep your information only for as long as it is needed for the purpose it was collected, or as required to meet our legal, warranty, and accounting obligations. Order and installation records are retained for the duration of the one-year manufacturer warranty and any applicable record-keeping periods, after which they are securely deleted or anonymised. Enquiry and support messages are kept only as long as they remain useful for serving you.

Your rights

You have the right to:

  • Access the personal information we hold about you.
  • Request correction of information that is inaccurate or out of date.
  • Request deletion of your information where we no longer need it.
